Will my price change on the day?
Once we’ve inspected your car, we’ll confirm our final offer. If everything matches what we discussed, that price holds — we won’t use the inspection as an excuse for last-minute renegotiating. If something major comes to light that wasn’t known or disclosed beforehand, we’ll explain clearly and honestly why it affects the offer.
Do I need a roadworthy or service history?
No roadworthy? No problem. Tell us about your car and we'll take it from there. Service history is helpful if you have it, but don't worry if you don't.
What if I still owe finance on my car?
Yes, you can still sell your car to us if finance is owing. As part of the sale, we can arrange payment directly with your finance company to clear the outstanding amount, with any remaining balance paid to you.
What happens after I accept?
You get paid on the spot and we handle the purchase paperwork and vehicle transfer.
What happens with the registration and transfer paperwork?
When we buy your car, we take care of the purchase paperwork properly so there’s a clear record of the sale. With a private sale, sellers need to make sure the disposal and transfer requirements are completed — otherwise fines, tolls and other issues linked to the vehicle can become a headache after the car has left. We make the handover straightforward and make sure the paperwork is dealt with as part of the purchase.
